30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If your Clozy™ Sock Clogs don't make your feet warmer and more comfortable within 30 days of delivery — we'll give you a full refund, no questions asked. Simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and we'll sort it immediately.

Conditions for Refund Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrectly sent. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@comfy.store. We will cover return shipping and send you a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges We are happy to exchange for a different size or colour within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at support@comfy.store to arrange your exchange.
