3. Order Processing & Shipping Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days within South Africa. Shipping delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control and we are not liable for such delays. Customers must ensure their shipping details are correct before placing an order. Clozy™ is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
4. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your Clozy™ Sock Clogs within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we will process a full refund — no questions asked. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
5. Warranty & Liability Clozy™ Sock Clogs come with a 3-month manufacturing defect warranty. This covers defects in materials and construction under normal use. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by misuse or improper care. Clozy™ is not liable for damages caused by external factors beyond our control.
6. Product Disclaimer Clozy™ Sock Clogs are designed for comfort and everyday use. Results may vary depending on individual use, foot shape, and care. Product images are for illustration purposes only — slight variations in colour or texture may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
7. Payment & Security We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, and other approved payment methods. Customer payment details are not stored by Clozy™. We use industry-standard security measures to protect all transactions.
8. Limitation of Liability Clozy™ is not responsible for indirect damages such as lost shipments or courier delays. Customers agree to purchase and use our products at their own risk.
9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by South African law. Any disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, legal proceedings will take place in South Africa.
