SHIPPING POLICY

At Clozyβ„’ we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.

Processing & Shipping Times All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days, depending on your location within South Africa.

Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances While we strive to meet estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volumes, courier delays, or unforeseen events such as weather disruptions. Clozyβ„’ is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control. If your order takes longer than expected, please allow additional time before contacting us.

Lost or Missing Packages Every order is fully tracked. Once an order is shipped, please use your tracking number to monitor delivery. If you believe your package is lost, contact us at support@comfy.store and we will do our best to assist you.

Winter Demand Notice During peak winter months (June–August) order volumes increase significantly. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays and to ensure you receive your Clozys before the coldest part of the season.
